Service Agreements and Estimates

All project estimates provided by Picasso Faux Painting and Venetian Plastering are based on an in-person consultation and assessment of the space and scope of work involved. Estimates are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of any work. We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event that the scope of work changes materially from what was assessed during the initial consultation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement and may include a deposit required prior to the start of work with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of agreement. Failure to make payments in accordance with the agreed terms may result in work being paused or suspended until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made with short notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover any materials purchased or preparatory work completed in advance of the scheduled start date. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific circumstances.

Project Access and Site Conditions

The client is responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and properly prepared for the commencement of work on the agreed start date. This includes the removal of furniture, artwork, and other items from the work area unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Picasso Faux Painting and Venetian Plastering is not responsible for delays caused by site conditions that were not disclosed or apparent at the time of the initial consultation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and project photography, is the property of Picasso Faux Painting and Venetian Plastering and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Picasso Faux Painting and Venetian Plastering is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or our website. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
