Where do I begin. We had accent colors painted throughout the house. Living Room, Kitchen to include ceiling. Upstairs alcove and wall. Master Bedroom wall. And let's not forget the downstairs bathroom. He fauxed the master bedroom as well as the bathroom and kitchen ceiling. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to make their house shine! The downstairs bath was painted by a color I chose and I hated how bright it was. Bill came to the rescue and glazed and fauxed it... and WOW. It is amazing looking. Bill even painted the baseboards when he thought it wouldn't look good after he was done with the walls. What a very good contractor indeed! Trusting, and very punctual. We texted back and forth and had great communication. You don't need to look anywhere else when it comes to painting!

This is the third time I have used this company. In the last few years the following works has been done.
    * Painting of the entire outside of my house, including patio covers. Uses high quality paint, and after 3 years it looks like it has just been painted.
    * Painted the interior of my home. Not only did he just paint but he suggested colors, coordinated the look from room to room. It really looks like it came out of a magazine and I constantly get complements on the look.
    * Glazed finish in my Great Room (den and kitchen), it is just beautiful and quite honestly a work of art, my best friend just had the same finish done in her house from Bill / Picasso House Painting & Faux Finishes Inc.

Bill is an artist. He turned my simple living area into a real show place. I am not very good at choosing colors and he walked me thru what he thought would look good and it did. I love, love, love what he did to my fireplace which separates my living room from my dining area. He fauxed the bottom and then painted the upper area a contrasting color. He executed my ceiling and walls in my kitchen dining area. He had samples to show what it would look like. I will definitely use him again. You do need patience with him cause he is a busy man but the wait is worth it. He also was very neat and made sure everything was cleaned up and in place at the end of the day. He even came on Saturday to do some work.

Picasso Painting recently painted my ceiling, but that hardly describes what Bill O'Malia, owner of Picasso Painting, designed and created. Bill selected the colors to coordinate with my room's classic furniture and with the wall color. He textured the ceiling in such a way that makes the room much more interesting and, amazingly, appear larger.
Bill not only created an intriguing and interest painting finished texture, but also is a pleasure to have in your home. He's quiet, respectful of your privacy, responsible, on time, meticulous, protects your furniture and flooring, cleans the work area, and makes sure your pets are safe.

Picasso's creative artistic eye transformed our home from average to a beautiful old world Tuscan palace with Venetian walls and faux ceilings. He prepared the drywall from patching 35 holes left by the electricians, adding bull nose to corners and arches, texturing drywall and re-texturing existing walls. Each room stands on its own design and color, and flows elegantly and artistically into the next. Bill seized an overlooked feature: the ceiling, to help create more depth and the illusion of more space. The dining room's stunning gold faux ceiling is spectacular. We asked Bill for suggestions for the ceiling cove and we now have a unique black/copper fauxed cove that will tie in all the room's design elements. The subtly multicolored painted and texted walls and fauxs and the two Venetian walls richly added depth, drama and interest and a larger appearance to all rooms.

We are 110% thrilled with Bill. He used a "clean as you go" practice leaving the work-in-progress clean and well organized for the next day. The materials were high quality from the tarps on the floor to the paints and textures on the walls. He truly is a master craftsman and artisan. Our home is a work of art. Everyone that walks through the door is in awe of our walls and ceilings and the depth and spaciousness created with shades of paint and textures and drama. We will enjoy our new Tuscan castle for years to come. Thank you, Bill.

Bill patched all of the problem areas of our master bedroom walls and ceiling. He then applied a special texture to the ceiling and walls. He created a special finish on one wall that is absolutely gorgeous. It involved multiple layers and lots of detail. I will provide pictures later but it looks like something you would see at The Bellagio in Vegas. He also painted our ceiling walls, doors and trim.
Bill came out to my home and gave me a lot of advice on what to do in this room. He really made the decision making easy on me. Bill is an artist and i put my faith in him to create something special in this room. I was not disappointed. When I show friends and family what he did they all ask for his number. Everything he said he was going to do, he did and a lot more than was expected. I was a little hesitant at first but I'm so glad I used Bill. I am going to hire Bill again to finish the rest of the house. He was clean, courteous prompt and friendly.

Did my due diligence here. I called few painters based on reviews. Luckily, first painter came in for an estimate - looked at the work and said - "we don't do faux" and suggested I contact Picasso. So I reached out to Bill, provided some pics of the work I needed to get done and he came right over same afternoon to provide an estimate. Bill was very thorough, explained everything - you can tell Bill is an expert at his trade and takes pride in his work. I felt pretty comfortable with Bill, so after we agreed on the scope of work and pricing - he went right to work.

Let me tell you, Bill is a perfectionist and meticulously detailed... and very careful and clean. He even patched up few small things, I didn't ask for... talk about customer service! I was extremely happy with the results and plan to hire Picasso later this year for couple other projects. As a side note - Bill is a fun cat to work with too!
